Terms of Sales

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all services sold by telephone, post or email.
They also apply to reservations for stays and other services made via the website www.hotel-labbaye.com.
The fact of communicating a credit card number commits the customer to the hotelier and implies his acceptance of the conditions of sale.
They are intended to govern relations between the customer and the company SAS HOTEL L'ABBAYE, whose registered office is located at 32 Rue de l'Abbaye des Augustins 24220 Saint Cyprien, registered with the RCS of Bergerac under the following number 948 712 922 000 12, intra-community VAT number: FR86948712922.

Reservation :
For all our offers, a credit card number is required to confirm your reservation.
Arrival departure:
The rooms are available from 5 p.m. and must be vacated at noon. All reservations are maintained until 7 p.m., please let us know in case of late arrival.

Prepayment / Cancellation:

For flexible rates, our prepayment and cancellation policies are as follows:
1 night stay:
Credit card as a guarantee valid on the date of the start of the stay.
Cancellation possible up to 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the stay, 30% of your stay will be charged.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the stay or no show, 100% of your stay will be charged.

Stay of 2 nights or more:
Deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation possible up to 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, the deposit will be kept by the hotel.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the stay or no show, 100% of your stay will be charged.

Special events*:
50% deposit of the total amount of the reservation
Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered firm and final, if cancellation the deposit is retained by the hotel.
The deposit can be paid by bank check, bank transfer, cash or credit card.
The balance of your stay will be payable upon departure.
*February 14, December 24, December 31, event evenings, theme stays, workshops, etc.

Group stay according to quote (professional or personal events *)
50% deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered firm and final, if cancellation the deposit is retained by the hotel.
The deposit can be paid by bank check, bank transfer, cash or credit card.
The balance of your stay will be payable 1 month before the date of your stay along with the final Rooming List.

- Agencies, Companies, Associations, Individuals, Seminars, Weddings, Birthdays, Baptisms etc...

For non-flexible rates (special offers or commitment offers):
The amount of the offer is debited immediately, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-modifiable.

Cancelation :

The cancellation of reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail or letter from the customer confirming it. The date of the cancellation request (by email, post, telephone) will be the date retained for the cancellation.
In case of no-show of the customer at the hotel and in the absence of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Degradation :
Following your departure, for any observation of degradation (by you or that of your animals) we will provide you with photos as well as an invoice which will be sent to your insurance (civil liability) to obtain a refund.

Shortened stay:
For any interruption of stay not reported 48 hours before the scheduled date, the value of one night will be invoiced by the hotel, as compensation.

Applicable law and dispute resolution:
These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. For any complaint concerning a reservation made in our establishment, you are invited to contact our reception at 05.53.31.38.18 or to contact us by mail at the following address:
